Service Terms and Conditions
The following information is applicable for services rendered by the messenger division of Top Speed Express Delivery Service, Arizona. The terms & conditions posted on the website supersede all other statements and documentation concerning rates and services.
Billing:
Invoices are processed on the 15th and the 30 or 31st of each month and payment is due upon
receipt of invoice. All charges must be paid in full. Any billing disputes must be reported to the
company within 15 days of the invoice date. For billing inquiries, please call our accounting office at
Liabilities:
Unless a greater value has been placed on a shipment at the time that a request for delivery service
is made to the company’s office, it is agreed that in consideration of the rate being charged, the
liability of the company for damages is limited to $100.00. If the shipper declares to the
company’s office that the value of the shipment exceeds $100.00 the company can furnish a rate,
which will provide insurance against damage to, or loss or delay of, shipment at the higher value
so declared by the shipper subject to certain limitations. In any event, Top Speed express Delivery
service won’t be liable for any damages whether direct, incidental, special or consequential,
in excess of the declared value; including but not limited to loss of income or profit; whether
or not Top Speed Express Delivery service has knowledge that such damage might be incurred.
Top Speed Express Delivery Service will not be liable for your acts or omissions including but not
limited to incorrect declaration of cargo, improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking, or
addressing of your shipment, or the acts or omissions of the recipient. Top Speed Express
Delivery Service will not be liable for loss of or damage to shipment of cash, currency or other
prohibited items.
Top Speed Express Delivery Service will not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events
we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions,
acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions or acts or omissions of public authorities
including customer and health officials with actual or apparent authority. All complaints regarding
damage to loss or delay of any shipment and any special or consequential damages must be
submitted in writing to the company’s office, within 15 days of delivery of the shipment.
Packaging of Goods:
Goods will not be accepted if improperly wrapped or packed nor any liability accepted for breakage
of goods not clearly marked fragile or glass. In case of perishables, or freezable merchandise,
containers must be clearly marked. Bank deposits should be in a locked bag and driver number
verified. Rates and charges may vary by market location. Subject to change without notice.
